The new holding company plans to invest in digital media and advertising technology companies for the Latin American and the US Hispanic market. The first move is the purchase of Orange Advertising Americas to launch Primia.Digital.

Geneva and Brussels, Sept 20, 2011. I-COM is pleased to announce the appointment by IAB Europe of Giuliano Stiglitz [pictured] to the I-COM Programme Board Ibero-America. Giuliano will be representing IAB Europe alongside peers from 16 other associations on this Board.
Giuliano is currently CEO of Orange Advertising Network Americas. He is also Commercial Director for Orange Advertising Network in Europe where he oversees digital sales of Orange properties across web, mobile and IPTV. Previous to Orange Giuliano was VP Sales Europe at Metro International where he oversaw sales across several countries in Europe.
